Particular Board for tall doors
Luxfit’s high-density Particular Board (700–800 kg/m³) is specified for large wardrobe doors. It is engineered to stay flat with strong anti-warping behaviour and no “internal memory,” supporting floor-to-ceiling doors up to 2.7 metres. MDI bonding improves water resistance versus typical retail particle board.
For heavy stone loads and wet-zone carcases, 11-Layer plywood still leads on structural span Particular Board wins on keeping tall wardrobe faces straight.

Every Luxfit wardrobe starts with a site measurement, then design and CNC production at 0.1 mm tolerance so doors and carcasses meet with minimal visible gaps. Soft-close hardware keeps daily use quiet. Ask about ENF-grade cores and Nano-Carbon / Baking Paint finishes for high-touch fronts.
